Parents And Partners In Education

Beaverbrook’s parents and Partners-in-Education play an integral role in the instructional program and are deeply involved in school events and activities. Linking our school with the community through parent/citizen involvement is one of our highest priorities, and we go to great lengths to nurture those relationships. Compatible relationships among the administration, staff, students, parents and Partners-In-Education generate a “family” atmosphere that is both genuinely felt and conducive to teaching and learning. Every collaboration is vital to reaching our goal of excellence.

"math+science=success" is the new theme adopted by PRISM, Georgia's Partnership for Reform in Science & Mathematics. The goal is to increase awareness of the significance of these subjects among parents, business leaders, the community at-large and the students themselves. You will soon see the theme all across Georgia in various media forms. As part of the public awareness campaign, PRISM has a web site offering a parent resource guide, found by logging on to www.mathsciencesuccess.org.


NEW PARTNER-IN-EDUCATION!! Mrs. Linda Shiver, assistant principal, welcomes Brandi Baker of Truett’s as a Partner in Education. We look forward to working with Brandi and Truett’s.
